Choose the length of time that works for you.
60 minutes $120
60 minutes is a great initial appointment. Let’s see what is going on a create a better game plan. 60 minutes is also a great maintenance length. Once you are back to what you love to do, book this massage to help keep you going.
90 minutes $180
90 minutes is for addressing the root of the issue or to get a full body massage to get everything working better together. Where you are feeling pain usually isn’t the cause of the pain. Our bodies are dynamic and everything is connected. 90 minutes gives a good amount of time to work on the area of pain as well as the areas directly connected so you stay pain free longer and have better movement.
120 minutes $240
120 minutes are for chasing down the root of the issue and addressing all other parts affected by it. Mostly of the time, where we feel pain isn’t what is causing the pain. Lets work together to find the root and address it. By addressing the root issue, we can simultaneously address other things going on in your body. 120 minutes gives time to gather information, create and act on a plan, and get some good momentum towards better function.
My goal as a massage therapist is to help you better understand your body and give you the tools to maintain your movement, function, and performance. My modality to do this is massage therapy and education. The more you know and understand, the more likely you are to succeed! My hope is to get you back to doing what you love and the ability to maintain that lifestyle.
What does each massage session include?
Each session includes an intake before the massage to go over where you are that day and what you want out of your massage. A plan is created and agreed upon before you even get on the table for your massage.
All tools and techniques are utilized to provide the best service and results for each session. This can include cupping, himalayan hot stones, or topicals such as Deep Blue. A wide variety of techniques as well; such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, positional release, assisted stretching, circulation work, craniosacral work and many more.
After each massage, there is an outtake. I will provide you with self care tips that are based off of what I felt during your massage. This can include stretches, exercises, or tips and tricks to help you at home or work to mitigate those sore spots from coming back as quickly. This also provides a time to ask question.
